How to go live
- For a small direct audience, open Direct Host Studio, allow microphone access or camera and microphone access, and press Go live now.
- For a larger external broadcast, open Twitch, YouTube, or your custom streaming dashboard below.
- Return to the Live Stage to confirm the broadcast is visible.
Small Live: Your computer or phone sends one direct WebRTC connection to each viewer. Keep the viewer limit low when hosting from a mobile device.
Guest connection setup
Level 2 — Basic peer-to-peer WebRTC
Browser guest video uses a direct peer-to-peer connection. Some mobile devices, mobile networks, VPNs, or firewalls may not connect. Use the external guest stream option if it does not work.
External guest streams remain the fallback when a direct browser connection does not work.
No external streaming platform is connected
You can still use Small WebRTC Live for a limited direct audience. Add Twitch, YouTube, or a custom account later for larger broadcasts.
